We give your clothes a second life
For several years now, we have been consistently working to extend the life of textiles. Our goal is to keep raw materials in circulation and thereby reduce textile waste and minimise the environmental footprint of a garment once produced.
That is why in our stores in Bulgaria you can now bring clothes, shoes and accessories you no longer need. We will give them a second life.
How does it work?
Step 1. Bring unwanted clothes:
Bring clothes, shoes and accessories in a bag and hand them over to our staff at the checkout counters. Brand of clothes doesn’t matter.
We collect:
• men's, women's and children's clothes,
• handbags and backpacks,
• accessories,
• home textiles (bed linen, tablecloths, towels),
• shoes connected in pairs.
Clothes you bring should be clean and reusable. Do not bring dirty, wet, or damaged clothes.
Step 2. We will give them a second life:
Clothes left in our store are sorted by our partner and divided into:
• reusable,
• recyclable.
The collection operator is TexCycle. Clothing fit for further use will be reused as second hand clothes. The remaining clothes will be reused as cloths, recycled or processed.
LPP does not derive financial profit from the collection of used clothing. The partner's revenues are utilized to fund the segregation and recycling of unwanted textiles.
