What would you be doing as a visual merchandiser in an LPP store?
The visual merchandiser takes care of the product shopwindow in the sales area in accordance with VM principles and sales potential, as well as the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy – shopwindow arrangement, mannequin styling ideas and figurative signs. As with other positions, the decorator also ensures the achievement of sales and KPI targets using the available channels and tools, and supports managers in motivating the team and building a good atmosphere.
